These are older modems that only support 2G GSM/GPRS networks. Mobile operators are decommissioning 2G, but the timing varies by country and even between network providers in the same country. Check your operator's 2G sunset schedule for your area. Once 2G is decommissioned at your site, the modem cannot connect regardless of SIM, antenna, or signal.
