Forgot password or cannot log in to OrbiSCADA

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can request a password reset from the login page.


Note: Your username is not the same as your e-mail address. If login fails, double-check that you are entering the correct username — not your e-mail.


How to reset your password

  1. Go to the OrbiSCADA login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the e-mail address registered to your account.
  4. Click Send email.
  5. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes from noreply@orbiscada.com.

Use the link in the e-mail to set a new password.


Important: use your registered e-mail address

Enter the e-mail address on your OrbiSCADA profile, this may differ from your username.

  • Username: the value you enter on the login page.
  • E-mail address: used for password resets and account communication.

If you are already logged in and need to check, go to your user profile to see both your username and registered e-mail.


Not receiving the reset e-mail?

Check the following:

  • You entered the correct registered e-mail address.
  • The message is not in your spam or junk folder.
  • Your company's mail filter has not blocked messages from noreply@orbiscada.com.
